The guys were great! Stayed until the job was done. Worked really hard lifting furniture up the stairs! They had a great attitude and did great work. Would highly recommend!!!!

The three men showed up early and were friendly, I tried to direct them where I could but they were all doing their own things instead of working together to get each room done. One of the men was in his late 50’s and seemed like he was pushing himself too much and was going to pass out from heat exhaustion even though I kept letting him know he could stop and take breaks to cool down. They did not fill in holes properly and left a lot of space in the uhaul as well as packed things from the garage that were not meant to be taken with. When I arrived at my destination there were quite a few problems I came across. I found one of my exercise machines has a part that was broken, my desks have scratches, my jewelry box that I had taped shut was upside down and when the top was opened up all but 2 of my rings were missing, the rings were nowhere to be found in the uhaul which leaves me to believe that one of the workers took my rings. They stacked book boxes on top of kitchen ware boxes like they didn’t read the content of the box before stacking them. All of these problems are errors that professionals would NOT make. I am highly upset because I had rings in that jewelry box, which I will reiterate that I had taped shut, which were passed down to my from my grandmother and great grandmother who are not with us in this world. I did not take any pictures of the items before or when we had gotten to them in the uhaul, I had just got done driving for 22 hours and hadn’t even slept yet. I however am still very unhappy with my service.

I am extremely satisfied with Texas Top Tier Movers. They arrived on time and went right to work. These men are respectful, hard working, friendly and courteous. Personal thanks to Rene and Xavier for their hard work and get it done attitude. They handled our furniture as if it were their own taking care to not scratch or damage anything.

This crew delivered exactly as promised. The time was confirmed in advance, and they were even able to accommodate a slight change due to our moving pods arrival times changing. All movers were very professional, friendly and careful. They took great care of the items they were moving and were careful regarding the home they were moving us into. No damage to any possessions or the home. They ended up exceeding my expectations and completing the job with time to spare. I will definitely use Texas Top Tier movers if we need help in the future and can absolutely recommend that they provide great, affordable service. Thanks!

I will start out by saying they were early, which was just fine. They came well prepared and worked hard. My problem came when it was time to unload the leather sofa and love seat. It wouldn't fit through the back door, so it had to come in through the front. For some reason, the decision was made to place the sofa on a hand truck and to roll it, up a slight incline, to the front of the house. One person was doing this! I'd never seen a sofa handled that way. As he rolled it up the incline, it fell off since it was not even tied on. It landed on one of my planters and slightly damaged the plant in it. Then once he was able to get it back on the hand truck, he dragged it through the hallway into the Family Room by himself. I had even suggested he get the other worker to help him. He refused saying he could do it. The flooring was new so there was no damage to the sofa or the floor, but I thought that was very unprofessional. I will not be using them again.

I wouldn’t use them again. Rene was friendly, but Ezekiel was perturbed that I’d walk into my pod to see what was next since not all items were going to the same place
They were in a rush to go to their next job. I had a lot of delicate items that they just left out in the rain despite their being room to shift around in the pod or that they handled not very delicately and didn’t even acknowledge broken things.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.

As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
