My helpers where fantastic!! On time and courteous. Brought all of my furniture and boxes up to the tenth floor without any issues. I will for sure hire them again next move!!!

We had agreed to a later start time. At their arrival and as they began to load the POD we noticed significant damage to the wood floor. That will be pursued via claim. Toward the end of the load, Alonso and Willy had not even touched the garage contents. Alonso indicated there wasn't room for it!!! I told him to figure it out or pay for a second pod to transport the materials. He wanted to have me authorize the stacking of these items on top of what was already loaded, so of relieving him of liability. I said he was the pro and he should make that call. Of course, he said nothing would be damaged. I am not so sure. We both took pictures - all of the garage items got loaded, but it was not a good experience. They worked hard, but I don't think they loaded well. Update 11/3/21 - Hie a Helper reached out to me and clarified how to file a claim and then offered a credit on my bill. This was an effective way to address my concerns. Changed star rating from 2 to 3

Alfonso and Willy packed and assembled furniture ready to be loaded the next day into the pod. While they were polite and timely, the packing took longer than expected and it wasn't until the next day when they move the heaviest piece of furniture that we all saw damage to the wood floor. The wood finish as well as the wood itself was damaged. I am pursuing a claim in that regard. This order was for packing only, no transport.

When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
