This moving company is 10/10! The movers were so kind and friendly and were willing to go above and beyond to help my mom with her move. They didn’t complain or groan they did everything we needed and still asked if we needed more. I’ve never left such a large tip before but these guys were awesome! There was a mixup with my order (and it was my mistake) and the owner called me with a well thought out solution. 10/10

The actual crew that came out is subcontracted by hire a helper. The crew that came out to my home was great, professional, and a highly recommend them.
Now the lady who actually works for Hire Helper, I had a not so good experience with she was rude, unprofessional, seem like she didn't even want to be on the phone taking my call. It's gonna be hard for me to ever use this company again. in the future if I had another experience with the people who actually work at Hire Helper. Hopefully the lady was just having a bad day.

Two guys arrived right on time. We assessed what needed to be loaded into a POD, which were priority items and they went right to work. I was 100% impressed with how they managed to fill the 16' POD to the brim, filling spaces so there was no wasted space. I would hire from this company again. Thank you Elonzo and D'Angelo!

When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
