Texas Top Tier Movers did a wonderful job helping us unload the truck. They had finished a previous job early and called to see if they could begin sooner. That was a GREAT help to us as it allowed me to get back on the road sooner than I had expected. They were willing to wait until the appointment time, but early helped all of us!
I will definitely keep them in mind should I ever need them again. ( I hope not to need movers for a LONG time). Service was great, guys were friendly and polite and able to get the job done in short order.

The 2 gentleman Alonzo and DeAngelo was awesome, they arrived earlier than expected, they called to let me know they were on their way. They completed everything we needed them to do swiftly and without a hitch. We were so thankful for their help today. We would use them again. They had their own tools and worked hard. They were a great team together.

Our movers came on time within the window they gave us. They were prepared I guess, they brought their own hand truck. They were respectful of my property and treated it with care.
Some of the not so good things.... they arrived high and smelled strongly of Marijuana. They were also very slow and did not work hard. They did complete the job but I had to pay for extra time because they were very slow. The team that loaded the truck did it in the same amount of time as this team who only unloaded. The truck at loading location was much further away too.
I was thankful that we got the job done, but it could have been finished at least an hour earlier.
I probably wouldn't use this company in the future. There are so many other options out there.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
