The original help had car troubles and was unable to get there. I got a call from the supervisor stating what the problem was and when a replacement crew would be there. When they showed up there was only 2 of the 3 hired. But they worked hard and had us unloaded in less time then the recommendation was. Yes I would use them again.

They were here and ready to go on time. They listened to my priorities for loading, and did an excellent job of packing my things into the container. They probably would have been done early if I hadn’t sprung more things on them at the last minute because I saw how efficiently they had packed! Great guys.

We stored our things in a container and garage while our floors were refinished and other than a small ding from a dropped item, they did a great job ensuring our new floors and furniture were handled with care. Rene and his team did an outstanding job - great communication, professional, moved quickly and showed up on time (matter of fact, they were early). Rene even assisted in putting new felt pad on all of the furniture. Highly recommend!

Honest review! The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because they were late. However when they arrived they were apologetic and promised to move quickly and they did! They were hard working guys and very respectful.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
