They did a good job of moving everything they needed and took care of most of our items. Minor scratches here and there. My only critique was the pace of work. When paying for 2 hours, it seemed lagged and took longer than expected to get larger items loaded. Overall, they were super friendly and I would recommend.

They were customer oriented and did a great job ensuring that our belongings were properly prepped for the move. Nate and his partner were INCREDIBLE!! Way exceeded our expectations. They arrived on time, immediately started working, worked very hard without breaks or distractions to achieve all that we needed them to do within our timeframe. We are moving into a newly built home and they were very very respectful making sure everything was moved in with no damage to our new home or property. Extremely professional! Will definitely call on them again.

Marcus called to confirm the move a couple of days out..which I was happy about. On moving day Marcus called to confirm. They were on time and so polite, it felt like family was moving me. The young men who came and packed my pod were amazing! They showed up with smiles and a “can do” attitude that helped put me to ease. I was worried about having a lot of stuff but they got straight to work and packed everything up rather swiftly. They were care to avoid hitting things on edges and walls while moving stuff and they managed to fit everything in one pod! I’ll definitely be recommending Direct Movers to my friends & family.
