The guy were very professional and courteous. I would recommend them for any job that becomes available.

They started off great but faded after lunch break. The time charged was off as well. Started at 9:45 took 1 hour for lunch then continued to almost 5:15pm and charged for 8 hours. Original billing was 3 guys X4 hours. Then they billed me for 4 hours of OT. The loading after lunch was not nearly as compact and tight as they started off and I was forced to go out and rent another trailer to pack the things they could not get into the trailer. We moved this same house hold of goods 3 years earlier in a 28’ trailer and had room to spare. This time it didn’t get packed right and cost me extra in a couple ways. An extra $450 in the end. The ABF trucker even asked me who packed it because there was a lot of empty spaces that shouldn’t have been. He wanted to know the company that I hired from to pass on warnings or concerns. Very disappointed.

Kelly and Michael were great-they worked extremely hard in 111 degree temperatures to tightly pack our 26-foot truck. They carefully wrapped our furniture and it arrived damage-free at our destination 900 miles away. These guys were very careful handling our belongings and nothing was lost or damaged. Done Right Movers provided tremendous value and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with a move. I would use them again without reservation.

Although they showed up 20 min late, they got everything into a tightly packed, completely full 16’ container within two hours. I was impressed by their Tetris abilities. They only loaded as I’m moving out of state so hopefully everything arrives well.
