These guys were AWESOME!! They far exceeded our expectations. My company hired a big time national moving company to move me from Chicago to AZ. I needed to hire someone to help me move from the apartment I temporarily used to the new home I purchased. Not only were these guys better than the big national company, they stayed as long as I needed them to help me, even though I had mistakenly thought it would only take 3 hours to move (Not their fault, I misjudged it. They were always hustling. They hardly ever took a break all day). They packed everything up very professionally and didn't put a single mark on any of my new furniture (and we moved some BIG, HEAVY stuff). I cant even tell you how mush stress relief came to my wife as she watched them move our furniture in. They were just great, I would HIGHLY recommend them. Best money I have ever spent!!

I was impressed with the entire process. They showed up right on time ready to get started. I ended up getting a smaller truck from Ryder rentals and was worried we'd have to do two loads. Given the expertise of Done Right Movers, the team was able to fully "cube out" the truck actually allowing us to complete the move right on time. On the other end (moved the load to storage), they did an excellent job to ensure I could read the contents of the boxes and left aisles to be able to get to the unit from front to back. Just thoroughly impressed.

They were a little late showing up but called to let me know. They worked diligently but I wouldn't say they were gentle with my things. Overall its was a good value, but if you have very valuable items I would probably choose someone else.
