Our crew was fabulous! They arrived on time, worked at a steady pace and completed the job ahead of schedule. It was clear that they were very experienced. Done Right Movers did an amazing job with our move. We were loading a one bedroom apartment into a UHaul to move across the country. They were very careful with our belongings, they packed the truck extremely well (everything stayed perfectly in place and made it across the country completely undamaged), they worked efficiently and finished the job within the expected time window, and they were very easy to work with. My only issue was that it was difficult to receive confirmation for our moving date/time; we booked through HireAHelper and didn’t hear from Done Right for over a week and when I eventually called them they told me they were actually double booked for the time we had requested, and we didn’t receive confirmation from them that they were able to accommodate our move until only a few days before the actual move. But once moving day arrived they were perfect. I would highly recommend their services.

Don’t right movers broke a piece of glass on a piece of furniture I specifically mentioned to be careful with and not to damage. I was disappointed in the movers inability to not damage items. The movers admitted to breaking the glass. They also took the counter top off a furniture item even though it had been glued on. I understand things happen during a move, but this was an easy move, 3 miles away, limited items to move.we only used a 16’ truck.
