Leonard and his colleague were wonderful and if ever given the opportunity to use them again, I would jump at the chance. Both of them worked every minute of the two hours they were booked for and were kind, respectful, and communicative. Leonard also brought extra ratchet straps for our shipment to ensure our items did not shift during transit. They made short work of our 2bed apartment and loaded it in just under 2 hours.

Movers arrived on time. Called when they were about 30 minutes away. We have had bad luck in the past helping our daughter move as she lives in a small town and most companies will not travel there. We have been told no before or movers just didn’t show. So when they showed up that was the first super awesome thing!
They were hard workers, getting the job done quickly and efficiently!

Leonard, Arron and Ali are the best people to move with. Very respectful of all our belongings as some were packed well but more were packed poorly. Love these guys as their focus was on my wife and l as we had a two stop unload with from a 22’ Penske van at an apartment then the remainder to local storage. We will use “KEY MOVERS” for our new home move around September next year.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with Key Movers my customers can expect a phone call within 24 hours of booking to confirm a time and place for their move. We will also go over your inventory items and discuss supplies needed to meet your satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When Hiring Key Movers we will be on time, move fast and efficient, and let our customers know exactly how the move will go.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should make sure things are cleared out the walkway and make sure all items are packed up reasonably. Please let us know where to park and also plan for your pets.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled local, long distance, and office moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love to load the trucks up because its like a game of Tetris. Seeing the overall picture of how so many items can neatly stack into a truck amazes me. Also just being able to help and see the smile on my customers face motivates me even more.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Hands on training to make sure all customers are 100% satisfied with the safety of their belongings and also feel appreciated as a customer of Key Movers.
