Not professional service! I had to assist getting this move done, otherwise they were completely milking the clock and the more I helped the slower they got. I ran up and down the stairs for two hours moving boxes.
One was organizing the boxes in the truck and the other kept walking in circles below the truck having a conversation with the other to the point I had to keep saying "do you mind giving me a hand" over and over again. They were unprepared to move any heavy furniture and damaged my solid wood china cabinet, to the point an entire leg came off, another was bent and they never offered to help put it back on. They didn't come with any straps, and had a rented uhaul basic furniture dolly.
At the very end of the time the sales manager: Wayne came up and starting talking to me, never introduced himself so that I would even know who he was and told me I looked "stressed". That was an understatement. Ten out of Ten would never recommend this company to anyone that has nice furniture or has one flight of stairs to contend with.

They did a great job. They were delayed through circumstances beyond their control so they ended up working outdoors in the hottest part of the day in 105 degree heat. They still worked hard and got the job done. I was impressed by their diligence.

Wayne communicated effectively every step of the way. Wayne and Greg showed up on time and worked diligently to complete my job. They had the proper tools to disassemble my furniture and took care with my furniture and my home. I would definitely recommend On the Go Moving and would use them again.
