We were helped by Max and Oleg. Both super nice and extremely hard working - I was impressed by their work ethic and friendly demeanor. I do wish that they would have been provided a bit more equipment - multiple dollies and straps would have been helpful as opposed to a single furniture dollie they had.

Would hire them again!

Hi Nick! I appreciate your review and on a similar note, if you would have provided a more accurate description of your loading area, demographically, instead of not knowing anything about the building, I would have assigned another crew that had more than one dolly. As an fyi. I do not recommend my crew to use straps, unless a very large item is to be moved. You did not have any items that required straps, per our initial conversation. Also, the regular loading dock entrance was not available for your move and that should have been information provided to you by your building's management and then conveyed to me. An additional dolly, for the walking distance involved, would not have made any significant difference. Just want to provide you with my experienced and professional insight, since I was there with you and witnessed my staff's performance. You can not always use one or two dollies, at the same time. You will have to hand carry items, depending on what is on the truck. Thanks again & all our best! - Scott M. - Owner.

The crew of Louis & Gio were Awesome! Had to deal with some obstacles, but handled everything Great. Scott the Owner was very sociable & professional. Kept me informed of everything. I would highly recommend them & Will definitely use them again!

HireAHelper on the other hand was Very Disappointing! My job ended up taking 2 days due to miscommunication. Some issues have Not been resolved.
