Scott's crew was AMAZING! They were on time, efficient, professional and courteous. It was a huge relief to have them help with the furniture move. We could not have done it without them! They were always careful with our things and were masterful at packing the truck. I can't say enough good things about them, and I will recommend them to anyone I know who is moving! They were on time. They did a terrible job packing the moving truck to the point that hireahelper was going to send a second team out to unpack the truck and reload it properly. Fortunately had some friends and neighbors who were able to help us repack the very back of the truck. Since our driver had been waiting several hours while hireahelper attempted to resolve the issue, my mother chose to just have the truck go to New Jersey. When the truck arrived inNew Jersey, several both beds and other furniture was destroyed. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I spoke to the owner on the phone and he arrived with the team at the house. he seems very engaged and concerned about the work effort and his reputation. he kept stating that if there were any issues to please call him and he would make sure everything was taking care of. when I called to explain the problems with how the truck was packed he was combative and rude. he basically told me that he would come back out even though it was a waste of his time to have to drive that far back again. by the time he arrived we just had family and friends already repacked the truck. it wasn't until the movers and the other state were able to take all of the furniture out that we saw what a true disaster it was. Pictures were taken of the way the truck was improperly pack to begin with and on the other side where the furniture was destroyed. Hireahelper has been very helpful. They understood that with a cross-state move, I did not want a refund for the terrible service I wanted another team to come out and properly do the job so the move could go forward. And they did actively try to find a team to come out Saturday, late in the afternoon. Thankfully we had some family and neighbors who were able to help us while Hireahelper was searching for a team.

We hired Couch Potatos who we found on the U Haul Website. Scott the owner contacted us and gave us tips for making our move smooth and efficient. The two helpers, Andrew and Ever, handled our furniture lime it was their own. I plan on hiring them again for our big move to florida.
