Overall the movers did a great did job with our move. However, the movers were very late to arrive on the morning of our move. They did provide us with a discounted rate to make up for their late arrival. Once the movers arrived they quickly got into action and went above and beyond our expectations to work as quickly as possible to make up for the lost time. My move involved loading a UPack freight trailer truck, the movers were great at stacking our furniture and securing items in place to handle a long-distance cross country move. I leave only 4 out of 5 stars because of the stress that morning with the late arrival. However once the movers arrived they worked very hard, were professional, and made the process run smoothly.

Packed Movers were a bit of an up and down.
Communication in advance was great.
Day of, same. But the communication was that they would be late (and I had a short truck loading window). The owner himself hustled to get there and brought 1 other guy (I had reserved 3 people, but I still appreciated the hustle). He knows what he's doing, understands space, will treat your things carefully.
It's busy out there these days, but make sure to talk to these guys before you're confirmed to make sure they're not overbooked.

The moving labor helpers were on time and started working right away. They were careful, polite, and fast. We had only a few pieces of furniture and many boxes. They were done in an hour. I would definitely hire them again.

We will call to confirm your order and ask for details to make the move as smooth as possible. We ask important questions regarding the needs of our customers
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
we provide Dollies, ratchet straps, blankets and tools for disassembly and re-assembly on every move. We will provide additional materials such as, shrink wrap and mattress bags upon request. We will give the customer a courtesy call when we’re on the way.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We always say, have everything in a box that could be in a box if possible, so that the move could go smooth and fast. If you want to save time and money, have everything disassembled and organized.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all, from small local loads and unloads, to moving large 10 bedroom houses cross country. We have done warehouse work, commercial work, office work, industrial work, staging work, and labor only staffing. We are not shy about work, and we have experienced in every facet of moving
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing someone’s face with a sigh of relief, a look of satisfaction, a surprised and impressed look, a big smile, or even a cry of joy or relief. That’s my favorite part of being a mover.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide on the job training. We focus on technique with lifting, wrapping, disassembly, assembly, packing boxes, packing trucks, prepping furniture. We pay very close attention to the small details when it comes to timing and spacing and lifting and proper packing techniques
