I originally hired them to pack up a pick-up truck. The guy who seemed like the supervisor was rude, but the other guys were really nice and friendly. I was going to be driving the truck and a car from Chicago to Texas and their pack job didn't quite make sense. I stopped at a hotel that night and my sister and I basically unpacked the truck and re-packed it in a better position. Also, I had a bookcase that was damaged beyond repair because of the way they packed the truck. They also spent an unnecessary amount of time putting on the tarp and tying it for it to come apart and not be secured. Overall, they were helpful in getting all my stuff out of my apartment and downstairs to the truck or garbage, but not very good at packing the truck.

The service was 4 hours late, I accepted that because I needed to move that day and getting other service would bring me more troubles, they offered me 30 minutes free for the trouble but I just received 15, I asked the crew to put 2 A/C that are really heavy in the basement and they didn't do it, I'll have to do it by myself.
The guys worked hard and they were cordial and careful with my stuff but due to this details is hard for me to recommend the service or use it again.

They called ahead with ETA, arrived on time, and ready to help move upon arrival. The team was polite and careful as they moved our belongings. They organized all the boxes and furniture to pack the truck tightly. No space was spared which was great for a long distance move. We would hire Packed again in the future, they did a great job!

These guys were early, super efficient, nice, and respectful of our stuff. They asked questions about how we wanted thing to go and they worked their asses off. Oh, they also were available same day, on a Sunday, and at 6pm. They were lifesavers!!!

I couldn’t believe the amount of items they got packed into the unit. I don’t believe there was a square inch they didn’t find to put items so that there was no wasted space.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call to confirm your order and ask for details to make the move as smooth as possible. We ask important questions regarding the needs of our customers
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
we provide Dollies, ratchet straps, blankets and tools for disassembly and re-assembly on every move. We will provide additional materials such as, shrink wrap and mattress bags upon request. We will give the customer a courtesy call when we’re on the way.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We always say, have everything in a box that could be in a box if possible, so that the move could go smooth and fast. If you want to save time and money, have everything disassembled and organized.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all, from small local loads and unloads, to moving large 10 bedroom houses cross country. We have done warehouse work, commercial work, office work, industrial work, staging work, and labor only staffing. We are not shy about work, and we have experienced in every facet of moving
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing someone’s face with a sigh of relief, a look of satisfaction, a surprised and impressed look, a big smile, or even a cry of joy or relief. That’s my favorite part of being a mover.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide on the job training. We focus on technique with lifting, wrapping, disassembly, assembly, packing boxes, packing trucks, prepping furniture. We pay very close attention to the small details when it comes to timing and spacing and lifting and proper packing techniques
