RUN! RUN! RUN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Two movers hired from Hire a Helper through Elite Haulers arrived 30 minutes late smelling of marijuana. They brought no dollies, straps, moving blankets, or furniture wrap. I should have sent them home right then, but I didn’t. After making a disaster of our walls getting the furniture out and gouging both my hardwood stairs and my hardwood floors, they proceeded to steal our jewelry (that was put away, so they had to open closets and drawers to look for it)! When filing the police report, we discovered one of the “gentleman” has 5 CURRENT WARRANTS out for him! And the other “gentleman” was The Fugitive of the Week in 2019! Why on earth would anyone send these people into our home!!
When I called the company to report this, I was told they just stole a safe from a different customer 2 days prior, but they still sent them into my home!! I am in total disgust! This should have never been able to happen.

I needed same day help and they’re ere available in less than 4-6 hrs to assist with a move. Movers had a prior job that ran over so they were a little late, but things happen and they informed me of the delay. Very nice, positive guys that got the job done in 2 hrs. Highly Recommended!!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer can prepare by making sure that all household pets and anything that can prevent the movers from moving in a safe timely manor are put away and that all entrances and walkways are clear.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve handled anything from small local moves, office moves, long distance moves. Pod load ups and unloads.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My personal favorite part of being a mover is the fact that you get to physically stay in shape while extending a helping hand. There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping someone who’s in need.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We practice proper lifting techniques, how to wrap furniture, ways to dolly items with out damaging furniture, and how to properly communicate when a item is simply too heavy or awkward to carry by oneself.
