They called prior to give me ETA, did a good job moving 3 large pods into our ne home. They were respectful and nothing was damaged minus a few dings in the wall that just needed paint touch up. I would recommend.

Unfortunately, not impressed with the team sent to load our POD storage container. I would have expected individuals that knew how to maximize the space inside the container (since they were referred by the POD website). Instead, the container was 1/2 full, and the techs left in a hurry (even though the walked the project and expected to get it done in 2-3 hours). The last 1/2 hour was a mad rush to get items upstairs...Bottom line: I won't use them to unload the container next week.

I hired 4 helper, 2 were on time and 2 30mins late. But once they got started they did a great job. I did have to tell them to pack the truck a little more tighter and higher and towards to end the pack and stacking was getting a little loose. Now it was a 26 foot truck and a 4 bedroom 2 story home. So overall I would say they did a good job.
