The contract was for 4 workers for 4 hours. I received 3 workers for 4.5 hours. 1/2 hour over. Why did I have to pay extra when you only sent 3 helpers.

Reuben and Xavier arrived on time and worked very hard loading and unloading our truck. Neither never complained about moving large, heavy items. They just need some more experience in loading a truck.

Only one guy showed owed for first hour and a half, only moving one thing at a time. Asked if they could not use dolly going out front door to not chew up steps, they did not follow instructions. Did not finish job in a timely manner.

We had a majority of our items ready to go which helped them move everything easier but a few items were not protected the best and they took their time to cover those items while moving them into the storage container.

Wow, the 24 Hour Moving and Storage crew was amazing! They communicated easily and frequently about their arrival time, and they did a stellar job unloading our stuff and bringing it into our new place. I can't imagine how long it would have taken me to do that job after two days of 9-hour drives. Also, they were super nice and friendly, and cheerful even though they'd had an even longer day than we had! Highly recommended.
