With less than a week's notice, Rapid Moverz came to save the day! I requested 3 men to assist me in moving out of my 6-bedroom home and boy did they rise up to meet the challenge! I could NOT have done it without Rapid Moverz! I would definitely use them again.

Pros: Professional demeanor from Owner, Anthony. Polite, prompt, and articulate. Great handshake. He brought two helpers, both also very sweet and polite. Cons: The 3rd helper started out by saying he was just too tired to move this early. I said then it’s not fair to ask me to pay for a 3 hrs/3 helpers when he was wasting about 1 Helper. Overall, 3rd helper was sheepish, sleepy and carried minimal weight per trip (Example: One picture or one tiny box.) So, my boyfriend and I had to stop packing and start helping carry items upstairs to make up for lost time. Frequently caught the 3rd helping standing around while rest of team was upstairs, checking his watch, so I asked him what he was looking for as a polite way of reminding him I was watching. We ran out of time so had to stop, without all items loaded, and get to unload destination. Joe and I helped again, noticing a lot of damage to shelving units and the walls back at the house. While I really liked all three gentleman’s personalities- I have to be honest- I drastically overpaid for 3 hrs/3 helpers. Not only did I pay for a 3rd helper that barely worked, but also lost all the final packing time Joe and I needed to make use of the UHaul we rented. I think Anthony was great but needed to pop out of the UHaul to occasionally gauge the productivity (or lack thereof) of his team or engage me to see if things were moving along as I’d like. If he did this, and retrained the 3rd helper, I think Anthony has the promise of a bigger and better business that could have more referrals. I just can’t give him mine based on my experience.

Rapid Moverz Moving arrived right on time. They were very polite & careful with our things. They went above & beyond by helping us take some equipment apart in order to fit it through the doors, and also moved around things in our storage unit to get to the items that needed to be moved. They worked hard from the moment they arrived and stayed an extra half hour in order to get everything moved before they left. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Due to work, we move approximately every two years. Rapid Moverz provided (by far) the best moving experience we have had. They communicated with us on the way to our home, they were on time, they were efficient and extremely careful with each piece of furniture. They were intelligent, polite and hard workers. I will use them again. They are also reasonably priced. No complaints at all on this move using Rapid Moverz.
