They did a good job. We didn't feel that they utilized the space on the truck as much as they could have. We ended up spendin 4 hours rearranging some things after they left. With that being said, they were courteous and helpful. They did the best they could given that we had two sectional couches to fit on the truck.

When first talking with and meeting them we found them to be very polite and professional sounding. They remained this way throughout the experience which we appreciated. The problem came when the 2nd packer was not feeling well (which we completely understood) and did not start until 1.5 hour after the job started. She only participated when we told them they had to get a 2nd packer and we were not paying for that first 1.5 hour for 2 packers since we only had 1. When she did come in then all of a sudden the entire dynamic changed. Packing was very slow as the 1st packer took care of her the entire time. They ended up just throwing things into boxes and that I then had to repack because they contained glass. I ended the job early because the final straw was they let 2 of our indoor only cats outside after we had repeatedly told them the doors need to remain closed along with having signs up. There was no reason for any of us to go outside and the door should have been shut behind him. I was so frustrated after I was able to capture both cats that I told them the job was done. This company may do a better job helping to unload and load up trucks, but I would not recommend them for any packing.

Anthony and Michael are super helpful & friendly. I highly recommend them. They worked hard and knew how to take advantage of every square inch of my container. It was also nice to have a few laughs with them during my stressful move. I would definitely use them again, in fact when I move into my new home in 2 weeks I’ve got them moving me in. Thanks again Anthony and Michael.
