Workers arrived on time and worked hard. They were courteous. The problem I had was that the second pod I ordered was not loaded for optimum use. I had many additional items I needed to load. However, they did not load them from back to front. Therefore, I had to hire a truck and place my other items in a storage unit. The was an additional unexpected expense.

The team was really good. They were on time and very respectful. They worked hard and kept moving. The issue that we had with them was that when the got to the larger furniture, they tried to do too much individually. One of them was unloading a dresser and slipped as he walked down the ramp of the truck and fell and dropped the dresser, breaking it beyond repair.

Very efficient crew. They were super nice and worked really hard and were done even faster than I expected. I hired three people for two hours to unload a one-bedroom apartment into an apartment on the third floor and that was plenty of time and people-hours and it was worth it to have the extra set of hands (the default on hire a helper was two people).

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We are the over and beyond crew so anything to make the move go smooth we are willing to do it.But if a customer is trying to stay within a particular time frame itâs best to have everything ready( everything boxed and labeled,beds broke down,tvâs dismounted etc...

Our specialty is residential moving whether local or long distance.but we have moved offices,businesses and churches.

All of my crew members have years of experience but in addition to that we have training videos that we watch and discuss.plus we get together regularly and demonstrate we we learn
