They were amazing! My stuff was moved with care, absolutely nothing got damaged. It was all completed within the time quoted because they worked hard from the minute they stepped in the door. The gentlemen who assisted me with unloading my U Haul were extremely kind, conscientious, and worked very efficiently. Before leaving they made sure that everything was all set and even offered to help us with getting everything together to return the truck.
After the completion of the work, the owner followed up with me to make sure that everything went well and if anything needed anything else.

Communication before the move was clear and helpful; I asked them to move some extra items to accommodate the new furniture and they were happy to help. The team showed up on time and went right to work, handled my inherited furniture with great care, and recommended the best way to set up the room.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We are the over and beyond crew so anything to make the move go smooth we are willing to do it.But if a customer is trying to stay within a particular time frame it’s best to have everything ready( everything boxed and labeled,beds broke down,tv’s dismounted etc...

Our specialty is residential moving whether local or long distance.but we have moved offices,businesses and churches.

To witness the customer stressful,doubtful state transform into pure satisfaction.We live for that moment
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of my crew members have years of experience but in addition to that we have training videos that we watch and discuss.plus we get together regularly and demonstrate we we learn
