I booked 3 helpers for 3 hours and on the evening before my move out date, I received a call from a manager stating that he only had 2 people to send. After a somewhat lengthy discussion, I agreed to the 2 helpers at 9:30 versus 4 helper at 11:30. I had to be on the road no later than 4pm that day.
The 2 people that showed up were punctual, very friendly and hard working. I would like to mention that one of the helpers had one arm in a cast and had knee surgery less than 2 weeks prior to my move and the other helper threw-up twice in our bathroom as he claimed he was not feeling well.
Of course we felt terrible. All in all, they were very hard working, focused on the task at hand and got the job done on time for me to meet my travel arrangements.
