They did the work as asked, worked hard, and were pleasant to work with. I would absolutely use them again.

I had two packers for approx. 4 hours...they were courteous, steady working and seemed to be knowledgeable but once I arrived at my destination I realized how inept their packing skills were. Many items were scratched (despite the fact that I provided plenty of packing blankets), numerous items were broken and boxes that clearly stated "fragile - do not stack on top of this box" where found at the bottom under 4 or 5 boxes. I haven't opened the boxes yet...I'm afraid of what has happened to the content. Wicker baskets were also at the bottom ...completely crushed under the weight. A $250 metal lamp was snapped in two, a concrete bird bath was smashed, an antique wicker table was ruined, numerous wood pieces were scratched to the point of no repair. The list goes on and on....and when I called Hire a Helper to complain I was basically told "hate it for you". I will not be using Christian Touch services or Hire a Helper again.

They were difficult to work with. My husband had a deadline and they did not work with him at all. In fact he had planned on leaving town on Wed. and they would not come on Wed.; they came on Thursday and when he found out they would not come till Thurs., he asked that they come first thing Thursday. They did not call him back until Thursday morning and they came to bring the pod from his office to our home between 3:00 - 6:00 on Thursday. It was our first time using the pod company and probably will be our last. My husband handled it all so I do not know how much it cost. They were efficient once they got to his office, just not easy to work with.

Bobby and Brandon were awesome! They were fast, efficient and super careful with moving our furniture out of the house and into the container outside. I was amazed at how they were able to pack so much of our furniture into the moving container which prevented us from having to order another container. I can’t say enough good things about them! Highly recommend them. They were on time, polite and friendly. Thanks for taking the stress out of moving guys!

Over the past year, we have moved several storage containers to our new home. We have used A Christian Touch Services to unload every container. Great communication; always knew when they would arrive. Very friendly, hard working gentlemen. Will definitely used them again.
