I scheduled my move for 3 helpers for 4 hours.
On the day of the move, I only 2 helpers showed up and 3 hours into the move, one of the helpers was so exhausted that he could barely continue to help. Since I'm 65, I had not planned to do any heavy lifting, but with one man down and the clock ticking, I had to jump in and make sure we got finished. With a bad knee and back, and the fact I had to do alot of heavy lifting that I had not planned to do, this mover put me in a very difficult position. It took me 2 weeks for my back and knee to recover from this. I would not use this mover again. I also would like to say that the 1 helper that helped me throughout the move did an excellent job.

There was only the option for 3 helpers when I booked. When they called to confirm our moving day and information I asked if we could add one more helper to our order. I was sent an invoice that I paid immediately. When our move day came only 3 helpers showed up. The move was fine with only 3, but I have tried contacting them multiple times and I still have not received a refund for the 4th person I paid for.

Originally scheduled for 9 AM. We called to reschedule for 9:30. At 9:45 called to see where they were and was told there was a scheduling conflict and it would be 11:30. The guys called at 11:30 and said it would be 12:30 when they got there. They showed up at 1:00.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once we receive a request for moving help we will send you a text message confirming the the date, address, and time. The message will also ask for the following details: Loading/unloading of both? What is it that we will be moving? Are there any stairs involved?
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day we will confirm the moving appointment and show up at the original agreed time. Upon arrival we will ask you to show us what it is that we will be moving and give you an opportunity to explain to us what it is that you would like us to do. We will work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get as much done in the time provided.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
In preparation for moving day please consider how you would like us to utilize our time: packing, wrapping, padding, assembling/ disassembling, arranging/ re-arranging, or just simply load and unloading. If there are is any packing material that you have provided and want the movers to use please let us know.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have helped residence move in and out of houses, apartments, and storage units. Business owners in art shops, donut shops, restaurants, therapy offices, chiropractors, home health care service providers. We specializing in showing up when others don't. When your in a pinch we won't leave you hanging we will be right there with you.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy meeting new people and offering a smile in what can be a stressful time.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Moving is difficult but there are things that we can do to protect ourselves, our customers, and the belongings that we are moving. Our crew members participate in paid monthly training to help us be the best movers we can.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
