The movers were 3 hours late b/c of weather which was frustrating and when I spoke to the manager she was not very nice about the situation at all. When the guys did arrive they did a great job and were very nice.

Manny and his team worked energetically and consistently during a record heat wave and packed the truck in an amazing, interlocking manner, correcting our mistake of loading some boxes the previous few days. They handled the confusion of packing only 3/4 of the house contents, even when we remembered additional items that were left out of the initial plan. secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced

Meeting different people from different cultures & being able to put smiles on peoples faces during a stressful time
What training do you provide your crew members?
