They were early and called to give us a time of arrival. Although several pieces were broken bringing them in some was because of the horrible packing crew in Mass.

The two men unloaded the container and re-assembled the bed and dining table within two hours. They also brought damages to our attention as they came across the piece with damage. They were personable and conscientious.

These young men did a fantastic job. The truck was packed professionally and nothing got damaged on our 950 mile trip. They worked very efficiently and carefully and we are very impressed with the service. You are in good hands with this company.

Smart Move made everything easy. They were great with communications before the move so I could plan for moving my belongings from moving containers into self storage. The two-man team was careful and thoughtful in moving all my belongings. I’m already planning to have them move my stuff from self-storage into my home.

The 3 movers the company sent to help us arrived on time , were very courteous and professional. They not only helped us unload all our stuff from a 16 ft container into our home, but also assisted in moving furniture, rugs, etc for better placement in our house within than the 2 hour estimated time.
