The team was supposed to arrive between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm. They didn't arrive until nearly 6:00 pm. In all fairness, they did contact us to say they were running late. While waiting for them, my friend loaded most of the boxes onto the truck by himself. Once they arrived, one of the guys in particular was outstanding. He was the one using the dolly (sorry I don't know his name). The other guys didn't seem quite as motivated as the one using the dolly. There were 3 loaders, but I had only scheduled 2, so that was much appreciated.

They were 2 hours late, which was the schedulers r esponsibility, but it seems to have been planned that way. Once they arrived they were excellent.

These guys worked their tails off. Showed up with plans to load into a Pod, but we wound up having to load a moving truck, unload into a pod, then do the same load/unload again. Happy with their work!

They were very thorough! They also moved all of my belongings quickly and efficiently, even when I had my pod/container a bit of a ways away from my apartment building. They were ingenious and used their own truck to move my stuff from building to pod. They also took the time to properly wrap/pack my sofa with the plastic sofa cover I provided. I definitely recommend!

To make it a more organized and a smooth move, it’s best for the customer to have everything that goes in boxes boxed up and ready to go. Also if possible have everything disassembled like beds, mirrors and etc.

We have handled local, out of state, office moves, college dorm moves, junk removals, warehouse rearrangements, hot tubs, pool tables and etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about moving is working as a team and that feeling once the move is completed. Also seeing a smile on the customers face and leaving them satisfied.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide video training on how to lift correctly and on site practice with our own furniture pieces.

Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
