The young gentlemen that completed my move were very professional. They did show up late but had the courtesy to call and let me know they were on the way. They packed our uhaul and unloaded promptly. I would definitely use their services again

The two young guys that showed up appeared to be very inexperience in my opinion. If I had not had all my belongs 99% ready for the pod, I do not feel they would have been helpful in getting it ready to load. They started loading my appliances without any blankets around them. They came with no materials or hand truck to help with loading or carrying of boxes. They did not load the pod to the top and left rooms where more boxes could have been placed, thus all of my belongings did not fit into the pod. I Per the YouTube instructional video you should tie down all boxes and etc in sections of three and they did not tie down anything. At the end they were just putting things in the pod any way they could to get my belonging in the pod.
The guys told me that they could not leave until I released the payment to the company.

This company don't do the refund, if you booked 3 hours, but you finished in 2 hours, they don't do any refund, don't book this company unless you want lose your money, that a terrible company

It felt like we took 2wks to load our truck ?? but Chad & Tae met us to unload it in 90min flat!!! These gentlemen were prompted, uniformed, meek spirited and might we add WITH mask and gloves on (safety for Covid-19). They truly are #NextLevel!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To make it a more organized and a smooth move, it’s best for the customer to have everything that goes in boxes boxed up and ready to go. Also if possible have everything disassembled like beds, mirrors and etc.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local, out of state, office moves, college dorm moves, junk removals, warehouse rearrangements, hot tubs, pool tables and etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about moving is working as a team and that feeling once the move is completed. Also seeing a smile on the customers face and leaving them satisfied.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide video training on how to lift correctly and on site practice with our own furniture pieces.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
