Overall this was a great company to deal with. They called prior to showing up to go over the job. They were right on time on the day of our move. They were very courteous, very efficient with the loading and unloading. They worked very hard and got the job done within the time I had booked them.

What took 2 men 1 hour to do (loading the contents of a 2 bedroom duplex), would have taken my husband and myself at least a full weekend. I hired Helping Hands Moving and Labor to help me move a heavy refrigerator that was stuck in the wall in my home. Previous people that I'd spoken to had told me that nothing could be done, that it was impossible, and that they would not help me. I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with the service I received from these guys. They were professional, courteous and VERY efficient! They broke down my furniture, packed the truck from Coconut Creek Fl to pembroke Pines (approx 40 min drive) and unloaded in my new place in 2 hours. The rate was extremely affordable. Was a great experience. Very friendly and responsive before the move...and friendly and indispensable on the day. With about 2 business days notice, I needed to change my day due to a work commitment, and it was no problem. On the rescheduled day, Curtis arrived exactly on time (leaving extra early to be sure he made it through Miami morning traffic), and we worked hard to finish in the allotted time. (Although he was flexible about staying longer if needed.) So many movers act like its a chore to be doing their job. Not here...it's clearly a company that wants to succeed through good, old-fashioned professional service!!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always call our customers the day prior to moving to confirm the date and time. On the day of the move, our crew will show up with smiles on their faces and ready to work!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You can always call us with any questions prior to moving day. First and foremost, customers should RELAX. Items should be wrapped and packed in labeled boxes. Furniture pads should be purchased or rented - they are essential to protecting your belongings. If you are disassembling furniture before we arrive, put all hardware (screws, nuts, bolts) in a labeled baggie and tape it to the furniture or put it somewhere safe.
What types of moves have you handled?
You name it, we have done it! Labor services (loading, unloading, re-arranging furniture), Full Service Moves (white glove services with a truck), local moves, corporate moves, junk removal, deliveries.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have met some pretty awesome customers. Moving can be very stressful, so it's always nice to hear that we have alleviated the stress that is associated with moving.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training methods are extremely hands on - our patient yet thorough crew leaders are experienced in teaching the industry's latest moving techniques to our newer staff members.
