Punctual and hardworking. They took direction well and did their best to stay within the prepaid moving window.
The only thing I discovered later was that they did not set up my bed frame correctly with the support posts in the right location. It is a fix I can manage but I would encourage your personnel to ask questions about those set ups prior to the mattress being placed.
Otherwise I greatly appreciated the professionalism and would use them again.

They were delayed but due to another guy not showing up. And they did call to let us know.

I contacted Abe Lincoln Movers to load a freight trailer in CO that Upack was delivering to our temporary residence (waiting for a New Build to be completed in the Spring). Ron, the owner confirmed my order but the morning his 2 movers were supposed to arrived there was a schedule glitch with one of the workers. Obviously I was in full panic mode but he communicated with me every hour until 2 workers arrived. Those 2 guys were by far THE BEST. Terry & Louis were their names. It was brutally cold in CO (we had had snow & sleet the night before) and pitch dark when the installed the bulkhead at the end. They ended up taking 4 hrs to load instead of 3, but they assured my husband & I the 26ft packed trailer was secure and their focus was to ensure all our belongings made the journey to Michigan (1700 miles). I tipped them each $20 (which is not a requirement but highly recommended). Our trailer arrived in Michigan and I thought 'here we go' lets see what we will need to be tossed out. Only one glass framed item was broke..AMAZING! We had bought 36 packing blankets - bubble wrap - moving tape and various sized boxed so we were prepared. We have so many mirrors (one is 6ft by 4ft), large prints (64x 52 were 2 of them) and nothing was cracked - scratched or damaged. I'm still in shock typing this review how lucky we are. I do hope Terry & Louis get to hear about this review from Ron the owner of Abe Lincoln movers because they truly did an exceptional job.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A professional crew in a timely manner. Last minute bookings can be near or far, but we will do our best to be there on time. We always bring moving equipment such as dollies and shrink-wrap.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Taping up boxes so we can stack them, disassemble beds if you like or we can for you, and being available at the location to direct us where to place your belongings.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved bookstores, jewelry stores, churches, apartments, houses, pianos and small deliveries. We are licensed and insured for the state of Colorado.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The experience makes moving anything a piece of cake! Our movers enjoy moving furniture and take great pride in happy customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Whether packing, moving or assembling - we strive for safety and knowledge. We aim to improve each day and regular company meetings keep us on track.
