I booked the movers to arrive between 1-2pm. Several confirmations the day prior and leading up to the moving window. 2:30pm I call and they say the movers are held up at a previous job. I wouldn’t have know this if I didn’t call. Really poor communication. I had a specific move-in window with my apartment complex. And had to move in a lot of items myself.
3:30pm the main guy and another person arrive. To their credit they were apologetic and hustled to get the remaining items in. Nice guys but didn’t arrive when they were supposed to.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A professional crew in a timely manner. Last minute bookings can be near or far, but we will do our best to be there on time. We always bring moving equipment such as dollies and shrink-wrap.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Taping up boxes so we can stack them, disassemble beds if you like or we can for you, and being available at the location to direct us where to place your belongings.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved bookstores, jewelry stores, churches, apartments, houses, pianos and small deliveries. We are licensed and insured for the state of Colorado.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The experience makes moving anything a piece of cake! Our movers enjoy moving furniture and take great pride in happy customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Whether packing, moving or assembling - we strive for safety and knowledge. We aim to improve each day and regular company meetings keep us on track.
