I am very unhappy with this company and service I've received from them! They were slow and not listening to direction on how to pack a moving truck. The guys who showed up argued with me on how to pack a truck and that it will take two trips. I've done moves before with one truck and the same amount of items I have. Military moves I've done majority of my life. They damaged my old apartment and I'm out of that deposit ($400), damage my antiques that were not to be taken apart and informed not to be taken apart (cost to repair is over $300) and damaged my new apartment entrance that is taking my deposit there ($600). I'm out of $1300 so far! They were trying to push longer time by being lazy and slow. They are not professional! I've tried 3 different times to call their boss to be told "I can't hear you" or hangs up on me! I'm very upset and unhappy with them. I've already informed several friends, family members, co-workers, and military bases to not use them! Also I had to re-rent a truck the following weekend to move the remainder of items they couldn't fit due to their unprofessional packing skills - Packing boxes before furniture!
