They had to change the arriving time but they let me know the day before about the time change. It wasn't an issue for me to adjust the moving time. They kept close communication before arriving. And they were super quick and careful with my stuff and that's the most important part. I'd hire them again.

I hired two guys to load my 16' and 8' PODS. They were fantastic! Prompt. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Hard working. Came in at the three hours I had anticipated. I would highly recommend them.

The specific company I used did a great job unloading my Containers. If this were the only thing I were reviewing them on I would give them five stars. They were on time, fast workers, super friendly, and respectful. I had to leave unexpectedly due to my daughter's flight being canceled the day before and was gone longer than expected.
Sadly this is where the confusion began. I was clear in my request that putting my bed together was their priority. All the hardware for the bed and tools were in the bag. The only thing they needed was a power screw driver which was written in the request. But I had regular ones in the bag.
At the three hour mark I get a call that they didn't have the tools needed to tighten the screws on the bed. And they have another job.
The next morning I go to complete putting my bed together and my hex grip set is missing. They had it because they had used it to put part of the bed together and thats the tool that they were "missing" to complete the job! The hardware for my bed is all over the carpet and now has to be replaced because I can't find it all and I don't know if its under the mattress I slept on the floor... There are extra pieces that I don't know if dad gave me spares or they cut corners.
Furthermore the dolly I loaned them is no where to be found and the table is put together which isn't their priority and my bed isn't done.
This makes me very unhappy and thus the 3 which for this part is a 2.
If you only need them for unloading and or have more than one person available to oversea what's going on with them you'll be fine. However if you are new to the area and on your own, I am not sure how using this company will work out for you beyond unloading things.
HireAHelper is a great company and I am enjoying working with them and confident they will make my losses right. I merely need to complete the claim forms...

They came on time, on the earlier side of their arrival window. They followed instruction well on what had to be unloaded and asked questions about placement of items and what we were ok stacking/placing on tables. Nice and friendly, careful with our items, overall good experience. They also accepted our job fairly last minute, which we really appreciated.
