I was never able to get a hold of the owner. I called, texted, emailed. Nothing. I had questions. All I got was a confirmation text 5 days before and the day before. The morning I had a call from the movers.
I had 3 people come. There was an aroma of weed (no judgement) but that seems unnecessary as you’re going to empty the first floor of my house into a POD. The main guy Mark was super nice and very professional. The two kids working with him were less so. Nice enough but again, children.
My entire first floor is hardwoods. It shouldn’t matter if I’m getting my house moved into a POD to get them refinished.... they scratched the crap out of them!!!!!! I even provided moving sliders which they only used once.
All I see now is scratches EVERYWHERE so given their technique, I will not be using them for the move back in. I’m too worries about my brand new floors.

The gentlemen who came to pack my pod were friendly and hard workers. HOWEVER....when they arrived, I indicated that I was not certain everything would fit and I prioritized my belongings based on that. They were extremely confident that I had plenty of room, so proceeded to pack boxes first (my lowest priority item). As it got closer to the end, it was evident that not everything would fit, so I was then stuck with furniture items (instead of boxes) which I had to scramble to take care of. I ended up having to rent a storage unit and a U-haul van to move the remaining furniture items by myself, whereas the boxes would have been much easier for me to handle alone.

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.

Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.

Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
