The guys were an hour and a half late but did call and let me know. Once there the worked hard at loading the truck.

We were quoted a 1pm - 2pm start time and the movers did not arrive until 6:30pm. The company never attempted to contact me to either confirm the appointment or inform me that they would be late. I attempted to contact the company but the number provided by Hire A Helper would not answer the phone and was unable to leave a voice mail as the box was full. A simple phone call goes a long way. Once the movers arrived, things went smoothly and they packed our truck up nicely.

The boys were very nice but they were incredibly slow and I had two damaged items that will require repair.
I would probably not use this service again based on the speed in which they worked - they added an entire hour onto the process by not hustling.
Again - very nice and respectful but work product was lacking.

My job required loading 3 Haul moving cubes and they did the job quickly and efficiently. Difficult furniture to move was handled with care and grace and they took extra care to lad the items in the cube with proper safety precautions to ensure that my items would get to California in great shape. Highest recommendation for both Deshaun and Kevin!!!

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.

Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.
