These men worked very quietly efficiently And purposeful. They knew their job and performed it in an excellant manner. They were very courteous and polite. There is nothing but praise that i could give these men . And definitely I would recommend anyone to have them help move. They made my most stressful event a peaceful task. I would hope i could have them help me move when the time comes that we find a home and move in

They showed up 30 min's late...I would have expected a phone call
to let me know. They did work for 2 1/2 hours without taking a break until everything was loaded on the truck.

They arrived about 30 minutes late, but that was no biggie. Sean/Shawn called to let me know they were on the way, and was cracking jokes even at 9a. He worked HARD and fast/efficiently. Super great personality and work ethic. I honestly believe if I had two of him, the move would have went a lot quicker and been more smooth. The issue was with the guy he had with him, Dave. Older gentleman, who doesn't seem like this is a good fit for him [anymore]. He was very slow, constantly waited for help instead of doing things on his own like Sean/Shawn did. It got to the point where they were constantly arguing and going back & forth about it. Felt really awkward and wished someone else could have been called to replace him. Wasn't professional at all. I figured I'd go over by an hour at the rate they were going [4 hours vs. 3 I orginally booked], but it took a total of SIX hours, and two more guys even came at the very last minute. They were super late for their next appointment, so I guess the boss finally sent in reinforcements. I wish that had been done a lot sooner.
They were very careful of my belongings, which I really appreciated. Had the knowledge and skills to take things apart and put them back together again. It just shouldn't have taken 6 hours for a two bedroom apartment, even with the stairs. I would not reccomend this company, unless maybe you call ahead and request the best/ hardest workers or something.

Once they got there, they were terrific. The problem was, they got there almost 5 hours late! As compensation, they offered us a $50 discount and sent 4 men instead of the 2 for whom we had arranged. It all worked out fine in the end, but I was steaming for most of the 5 hours!

I hired the company to load the vehicle for a move.
Initially I was impressed with the customer service.
However, once our moving truck arrived at its location, and the vehicle was opened, we were appalled at the manner in which the truck was packed. Many items were torn, pictures cracked and a sofa torn. We are very dissatisfied.
We have moved seven times and we have never had the damages that we had with this move. I had to take pictures of the damage

Labor only customers should have adequate supplies for proper wrapping and padding of items.service customers as well should be packed up good and ready for their service as all supplies will be included on the trucks.

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.

Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.

Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
