To be clear, I have a problem with the charging policies of this company, not the actual moving service. My daughter requested 4 hours of service to move a one-bedroom apartment of furnishings to another apartment in the same building (no stairs). The apartment complex manager gave her just 24 hours to complete this move, which was necessitated by burst pipes that caused damage in her apartment and other apartments above hers. Full Court proposed $516 to provide three movers working for 4 hours. Unfortunately, in the chaos of booking the move, we did not notice that the proposal provided that there would be no refunds for unused hours. The move took just 1.5 hours, less than half the estimated time. Upon the completion of their work, my daughter recalls the movers saying that they would record the number of hours actually used, leading her to believe the company would not demand the full $516, which had been placed in escrow when she accepted the proposal. My daughter tipped each of the movers before they left. It turns out that the company refuses to refund any portion of the overage, since "refunds are against our policy." SO IF YOU BOOK THIS COMPANY, BE CAREFUL. It behooves you to underestimate the amount of time required for your job, since you can always add up to two additional hours if needed. But if you overestimate, you will pay for any unused time. We paid over $500 for a move that took just 1.5 hours.
