The men who showed up were great. The company, the scheduler and the “customer service” rep were horrid. The men were schedule to be at my house by 10am. They called at 10:20 and said when they put my address in navigation they were 3 hours away. Clearly the scheduler can’t read a map. So I called the 800 number to see if someone else could come now bc I had other things booked like cleaners so I booked a time for a reason not just because it sounded like a good time. The rep had no one and “counseled me” on what I would have to pay them if I canceled. To add insult to that ridiculous comment the moron then suggested I was partially to blame because I booked online and didn’t follow up with a phone call. If your people are so inept that you can’t process an online booking DONT OFFER THE SERVICE. no one offered me a discount. A partial refund. Even an explanation. Just a bunch of duhs. They had me by the balls since I hired them bc I couldn’t do the move myself so I was stuck. I would never ever recommend this company. Can’t express how awful it was and over priced to boot.

They were unavoidably delayed which did not impact our job. They worked hard throughout the time they were here and took care with our belongings. We would have no reservations using them again and would add another half star (4.5) if the system permitted.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect a call to let you know that we're headed to your location. When we arrive we will do a walk-through to assess the location. If there are no questions from neither party then we'll get right to work for you!

The best thing you can do on moving day is make sure everything is packed and ready to go. If you are unsure or concerned about something don't hesitate to give us a call.
