I scheduled my move for 9am, and movers did not arrive until 1:30pm, after several phone calls and being told they were on their way. However, I did receive reimbursement for a hour of services, after I requested it due to the inconvenience and affect on my move.

Mover's response:
So this customer receive a one-hour discount. and two extra men that worked for free. So in total she received over a $300 discount. Again there are hard times we live in the jobs take a lot longer due to the covid- 19 situation. but customers don't appreciate the fact that we take extra precaution which takes a little bit more time. Customers are very selfish nowadays and this is one of those customers. The job was performed flawlessly even though we were late. But things happen That's why we have customer service. So again when you rate please rate on the service you received. You stated we were in communication with you the whole time so we should have gotten at least a five star for communication and another five star for handling your job giving you extra people and money off. Some people are very ungrateful!!

The workers were polite and hard working although was supposed to start between 10-11am and didn't arrive until 2pm and a lack of communication at times. Because of their issues, I didn't complete what I still had to do until 1am. I would never use them again. Thank goodness I won't ever be moving again.

Mover's response:
Two movers called out so I only had one crew. Run three jobs that day Job was supposed to start between 10:00 and 11:00 I called customer between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. we agreed upon a 12:00 to 1:00 arrival. I also contacted higher a helper just in case there was any issues so hire a helper also knew of the time change. The customer was also gifted additional men at no charge. sometimes things happen that are out of my control but I do my best to make them right. You can't please everyone but it's not from a lack of trying. I don't know what you are trying to do saying you would never use us again but there are plenty of reviews that states otherwise. Like I said I did everything in my power that I could do even went above and beyond for things that I didn't have to do to try to make it right. Never a thank you none of that customer was rude if you are a mover and reading this I would not move this customer no matter what you do you're liable to get a negative review.

After booking with E W labor services you can expect a call from one of our friendly staff members. Who will be able to help navigate any questions that you may have.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On moving day you can expect a call to let you know that we're headed to your location. When we arrive we will do a walk-through to assess the location. If there are no questions from neither party then we'll get right to work for you!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

The best thing you can do on moving day is make sure everything is packed and ready to go. If you are unsure or concerned about something don't hesitate to give us a call.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

My favorite part about being a mover is seeing a smile on the customer's face knowing that their belongings are safe and that they can rest on moving day.
