It started out good but the packing got sloppy and when we arrived to have the other guys unpack, found 2 broken lamps, boxes marked " glass, fragile, do not crush" etc... found buried under heavier items, glasses broken. Since we are in a temporary rent, we did not plan to use and unpack everything, only what we really needed, so, I fear finding more damage or broken items when that happens....

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure all items & boxes are clearly marked, ready to go. All entryways are clear for movers to travel through. Any doors are propped as well as elevators reserved for the entirety of the move.

We handle all interstate moving labor clients which include: Load, Unload, Piano & Safe moving.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling throughout the state and meeting new people as well as seeing the various locations known around CT.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are specially trained in customer service. This entails smooth communication throughout the moving process. They're also adept in the loading/unloading process while also being careful with the transport/carrying of furniture, items.
