The two men came in ready to work. They were very hardworking and got the job done before the alloted time frame was finished. We had 3 flights of stairs and they moved all our furniture up and down with ease. Absolutely terrific. Our settlement date changed at least 3 times, and by the time we had confirmation all of the moving companies we called were booked. At the very last minute, 2 days out, we decided to try this service for the first time and picked BB Hauls based off reviews, cost, and availability. We were VERY IMPRESSED by the guys and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Our settlement ran late but they were quick to respond to our communication, and willing to start unloading for us before we even made it home (at our request). They unloaded our entire moving truck in less time than we expected and did it with care and concern for our items. We were able to return the truck a day earlier than expected because they were so fast. Worth every cent and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you!!

Excellent work. They reached out promptly upon booking and arrived on schedule. fantastic job packing the trailer. Easiest move I’ve had.

When they showed up they were very polite. They put my items on the truck. At the end of 2 hours. They stated they had to leave. I had more items. I thought I would have to leave because the truck looked filed. I got a 20ft truck that was to take care of a 2 to 3 bedroom apt. I had a 2 bedroom apt. They did not pack the 2nd bedroom apt furniture. I had friends chk out the truck and found the helpers built a wall of items around the door area and left an opening in the middle of the truck. My friends proceeded to fill my remaining items in that hole. I contacted hire a helper and they stated I could file a claim or take $75.00. I did not think to take pictures of the open area. So i was forced to take the $75 credit. When i got to my location i found broken items due their putting heavy items on top of fragile furniture (I told them the furniture was fragile).

What training do you provide your crew members?
We train four crew on an ongoing basis. All crew members are background-checked, and drug tested, 100% of the time. We train our crew on customer service, customer satisfaction, packing, lifting and safety.
