I had 2 helpers from this company website. Nick and Milan and they were polite, enthusiastic and hard workers. They finished the moving out and moving in, in the designated 4 hours we paid for. I highly recommend them and they deserve my 5 star rating.

Fantastic crew! Akin and Shadday got a lot of heavy items up some skinny townhouse stairs and even got creative and lifted stuff up from the back porch when the couch and mattress couldn't fit. They were fantastic!

They were on time, and respectful, but definitely not professional movers, and definitely not experienced or ready. Not their fault though , definitely needs better training on how to load a truck with furniture and boxes. I think BB Haul needs to train their employees, I did tip both 20$ each.

The workers came on time, and immediately got to work. They did an amazing job of unloading my large POD container and got the work done in under the time I thought it would take! I was even worried that it wasn't enough time!! They took great care of my items and made sure that they were being careful in the house. Would absolutely recommend!! A+++++++

They arrived on time. Worked harder then we could of expected. Were friendly, patient and respectful. I highly recommend Jocelyn and Taye from BBhauls! Will be using again in the future.

They were on time and polite, however they were not “movers.” They were not experienced in how to move furniture. Additionally, they were not strong enough or experienced enough to move heavier furniture (wanted to slide furniture across hardwoods) and one piece did not make it to the intended place. Is actually sitting outside.
If you have real furniture that you care about as well as your house, choose a service company that actually sends real movers.

The movers were nice, polite, and worked 3 hours straight moving many heavy and bulky pieces of furniture. They arrived in the window given. Started right away and packed a 26 ft truck. It was 95+ degrees outside and they worked without complain. Highly recommend this company. Starting price for 2 hours is great and reasonable rate for additional hours. We did not look forward to this moving day, they made our day much easier. Thanks again BB hauls for a great experience.

We train four crew on an ongoing basis. All crew members are background-checked, and drug tested, 100% of the time. We train our crew on customer service, customer satisfaction, packing, lifting and safety.
