The helpers did a great job moving from three storage units in two locations about an hour apart. They were on time, worked for four hours with only one brief rest period, and were very careful with my furniture and fragile items. Very cheerful, and professional.
Gary F
Both men did a great job, Completely satisfied. Thank you

Great team! John and his crew were beyond professional and went that extra step. I wish my other moves were this good.

The showed up on time and did not shy away from all the things we had to move. They were very polite and courteous. I will call on them again, when I need extra help!
Frank B
Showed up close to time requested and in two hours moved larger/heavier furniture and items from house and got them all moved in to new rental house a few blocks away. They were careful not to damage any furniture or hit any walls at both locations.

Just wanted to let you know that this was a very disappointing experience.
This was loading an ABF Upack trailer. When I set it up, I included in the description of items to be moved a 42" cut riding mower as well as the major furniture, no appliances, and miscellaneous tools.
I have made this move 3 times before using ABF. Never used more than 17' on a trailer and this this time I'm taking much less with me - no appliances and minimal furniture. The riding mower is the only additional piece.
Upon arrival, the fellows introduced and presented themselves very well. I was on the trailer with the supervisor where we discussed loading and placement of contents. He seemed to know and understand how to load.
The first thing they loaded were virtually ALL of the boxes. Furniture was left in the house. At I point I clearly was puzzled and the supervisor asked if there was a problem. When I explained that I have done this move before and that the trailer was not loaded in the manner he was following he seemed a bit unnerved. I told him to continue and when they got to about 10' they began loading furniture when it became very clear that there was too much to fit in 17' of space.
We then had a discussion of how it had been loaded on previous moves so they took the time to reposition. On at least 3 occasions, we again discussed placement and loading. He asserted that "This was how my boss taught me to load and so this is what I know to do." That tells me he wasn't open to any other options. I knew there was a problem because he asked several time if I had really done this 3 times before.
Arrival was at 3pm for a 4 hour job. At 7pm, they did not have HALF of the items on the truck and many were in the drive - Sofa, boxes with pictures, etc. Many were still inside the house.
They put everything on the trailer and closed the doors. Left some boxes on the pavement under the carport where, if it had rained, they would have gotten wet as the slope runs toward the garage. There was at least one boxed mirror still leaning against the house. They also left the ramp on the drive, blocking any entry or departure between the trailer and my garage.
Your supervisor made sure that I called to report the job complete and said that he would be back today, Monday, Oct 16, with one person to do in 2 hours what 4 of them couldn't accomplish in 4 hours and they would have to UNLOAD the trailer BEFORE they could re-configure the contents at the front. He was going to call me yesterday, Sunday, to confirm the arrival time AND he claimed to be saving me some money. Truth is, he was costing me additional money because I would have to pay for those 2 people and 2 hours. Another truth, he did NOT call yesterday and never intended to when he left my premises.
I'm not asking for a refund because they were here for 4 hours and they did load some items HOWEVER, they did not complete the job they were supposed to be able to do because they did not know how.
Suggestion: There are a couple of very good videos on YouTube that demonstrate proper loading of a trailer and a moving van. Some well spent training time would help considerably.
I would not use these folks again (easy statement because I'm moving out of the area) and I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend their services to anyone else.

I hired 2 movers for 2 hours to load a truck. The guys were good-natured and put forth a reasonable effort (although they ignored a few things that I wanted to be loaded), but they weren't particularly professional, and they did a terribly inefficient job of using the space in the truck. They loaded all the boxes first, which is apparently their usual routine but doesn't make sense practically to me. They did other insensible things like putting dirty garage items on top of nicer indoor furniture. And I had a small roomful of items to load myself the next day, which the movers knew, but I ended up having to unpack about a third of the truck space and reorganize it so they (the items) would fit. So I'm not sure it even saved me any time in the end to hire them.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.
What types of moves have you handled?

The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!
