They were 3 1/2 hours late and did not arrive with any dollies or furniture movers. Once they did the walk through and saw what needed to be moved they were very good at getting it moved and loaded on the trailer. Jason was a great organizer and nothing moved place on the trailer during the 5 hour drive.

Service was OK at best. They were busy and didn't bring the usual crew, however the regulars decided to take a break after 1 hour on a 2.5 hour job. 4 of the 5 men stood around untill told what to do most of the time, I had to tell them everything to do to get my truck unloaded. I would not recommend this company.

They were on time, arriving at the midpoint of their expected time. They were prepared for the job, but did not bring a hand truck. They were able to unload all the furniture and boxes without it. They worked VERY hard and responded quickly to all our requests. They were respectful of our property and goods. They did unload the queen-sized mattress and box springs individually - one man on each. One corner of the box springs got dirty when it touched the ground, but it was not serious. I would definitely use them again.

This was worth every dime. The workers were professional, on time, respectful of our property and home. They worked extremely hard and I would use them again in a heart beat. They were in and out within the specified time and the job was completed without any damage to my property or my home, which is saying a lot if you knew how large the furniture was they had to move. Awesome service!

I had to postpone them one day because of the title company, and they were understanding. They were here on time and sugested the fastist way to unload a 24' truck full of our furniture. They were very carefull and did not damage anything. They worked hard from the time they got here untill the job was finished. It will be my pleasure to recommend them to any one. I hope I don't have to move again, but if I do I will use them and only them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as itās very important! If we donāt immediately reach out to you please donāt get worried, we stay busy and itās our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we canāt get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (itās a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you canāt teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you canāt teach passion you either have it or you donāt! We canāt see or know unless we put them inside the field!

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
