They were right on time, very friendly, thorough, respectful, and did the job faster than the alotted time; however, we were informed by the movers who unloaded the truck that our things were loaded improperly; thus, some of our furniture was slightly damaged and some items fell upon removal of other items, which we were told that should not have happened. But, overall, I really was pleased with the service and would use them again.

John and his crew did a great job! The customer service was more than I could have expected. Like most moves, mine didn't go exactly as planned, but the whole way through he adjusted with me to accommodate the ever-changing circumstances.

All Around Movers were FANTASTIC!!! I have used good movers in the past but these guys so much more!! They were very fast and efficient! Very respectable and careful with our belongings. I WILL use them again and recommend them to anyone!!

I had several large items to remove from the upstairs rooms of my home by way of a narrow two directional staircase. They met the challenges without complaint, they were neat and efficient without rushing. All of the items were stored neatly where I asked they be placed. I would definately recommend their services and utilize them again when I have need.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as itās very important! If we donāt immediately reach out to you please donāt get worried, we stay busy and itās our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we canāt get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (itās a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you canāt teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you canāt teach passion you either have it or you donāt! We canāt see or know unless we put them inside the field!

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
