The gentlemen were very respectful and placed all the items as we indicated. We allowed for extra time to unload in case the furniture had shifted. Their services were convenient and appreciated.

I cannot say enough positive things so here are a few.
Easy to schedule and when I had to make a small change Jeni responded quickly and confirmed everything.
Received reminder confirmation day before.
Johnny called me in the am to confirm they were on their way.
There was a slight logistical change on my part, I was worried they would be upset- but NO- they adjusted and smiled through the whole job.
Johnny and his crew were professional, pleasant and efficient. They were strategic and conscientious when loading and I am amazed how much the were able to efficiently load and secure in my POD. They finished a bit ahead of schedule and I got some loading pointers I can use in the future.
I was so pleased that, if I need help for the rest of my project definitely going to call and book them.

Johnny & Clay were prompt (early!), professional, polite, and very easy to work with. They were an efficient team getting our full, 15' truck unloaded, and into our apartment up on the second floor. Johnny manned the truck-to-the-elevator, and Clay manned the 2nd floor elevator-to-the-apartment. They were done in under the allotted 2 hours. I'll be hiring them again when we find a house and bring the rest of our stuff down. Johnny knows the moving industry and has some good tips I'll take advantage-of for the next move!
