Lamar (the self-declared Michael Jordan of moving) and the other two men were on time. The loading was shoddy. Not a single one of my moving blankets or loading straps was used by them. Lamar complained how hot it was and how two flights of stairs was probably going to mean we would only get two good hours out of them. I booked four hours and they didn’t complete the job. Items loaded were damaged, scratched, broken. This was before the cubes were even relocated. They were vaping in my home and punching holes through the protective layer I wrapped around furniture like bookcases so they could grab them easier. Out of my four cubes, two and a half were packed fairly tight—but not packed smart. Things were crushed, including a grand wardrobe box which is a strong box. Would not recommend Lamar “Michael Jordan” and his crew.

Nothing good to say about them! I made mistake of staying downstairs by the truck and had no idea what was going on upstairs in my apt. One or both helped himself to the baked goods I left out on the counter, also let one of my dogs out of my apt, to run down the hall, one or both used my bathroom without
asking left toilet seat up and removed the toilet paper roll from the holder leaving it on counter (it wasn't empty ?? )Both of them stood at the elevator as all the Senior residents left to go back to their apts admittedly waiting 5 or 6 times wasting time that could be used to unload my belongings. I was paying by the hour! When my 2 hrs were up they told me the boss told them to stay as long as it took, NO! You guys DONT WORK SMART, your slow , unorganized and stretch the hours to get 2 hrs . overtime from me. The worker doing all the heavy lifting was in my apartment by himself, he told me he'd been in my apt (all this time) 20 to 30 mins because there was broken glass, he partially unwrapped the small cabinet exposing the broken glass but then without my knowing complete unwrapped my jewelry case
(it stands about 3 ft high, numerous drawers and side doors) each had been wrapped tightly and thoroughly for safety and protection .
All the drawers and doors were open and a good amount of my jewelry was laying on the floor. I should have been informed if the broken glass and be present when they unwrapped it. Missing jewelry I don't know yet!
I hope this makes sense I'm still upset 2 wks later.

Highly recommend Shane and Hank. Very professional and hard working crew. They arrived on time and went well above and beyond to accommodate our every request. They were able to help us with only a couple days notice. They helped wrap furniture and load a massive trailer. Everything was very well taken care of. They even stayed over 4 hrs late to help us finish the job. Thank you so much! Will request them again! Highly recommend.

Our movers did a fantastic job. We had them help us load our PODS for storage. They were very friendly and efficient, and had everything loaded up with time to spare. I would highly recommend this group!
