The crew was rude, did not use my provided moving blankets correctly. They did not have tools and used mine which I fortunately had on hand. Due to my state to state move, I didn’t get my belongings until 10/8 at which time I saw the troubling and extensive damage they caused by their carelessness. My expensive bed frame was gouged, obviously by my tools, they took the supports off the slats, which are now stripped and not as supportive. A foot was broken on each of my 2 night stands. There is a huge oil spot on an expensive couch cushion, which could only have been caused by them. My tool chest door was damaged. My golf club covers we’re off even though they were also wrapped in bubble wrap.I haven’t even gotten to open the boxes yet, but, am sure there’s damage. This company should be taken off the list of providers, in my opinion.

They were late arriving because of a delay at an earlier job. They kept me informed of the arrival status and when they got there, they hit the job running. We had them for a two hour period and they worked hard the entire two hours and finished the job on time.

Jacob and Nemo were outstanding! Very polite and respectful. Service went above what I expected seeing it was short notice. We are moving again in 10 months and will request them again to help us pack and move.

I have used your subcontractors three times before and have found them excellent. This occasion was a disaster. Our house is a small,1450 sq ft, 3 bedrooom home with only a king bed and headboard in one (no dressers) and a sofa bed in the other. We had to leave behind over $4000 of furniture. I attribute it mainly because of the poor packing job. It was clear to me that the packers were inexperienced play had no supervision with anyone with more experience. The only furniture taken from the living room was two recliner chairs!!,
I suspect that there is major breakage done. Example: I tell one guy that he is carrying glass- the kid tells me he wasn’t told that. The team consisted of two kids (right out of high school) and two other guys around 30. One guy, who said he was the spvr who said he was added free to me, spent over 2 hrs in his car on a conference call. I complained to him one hr into the event saying I wasn’t happy. I saw no resultant supervision. It seemed that the novices were just doing whatever. A garage pantry was broken being moved and was left behind.
Along with the pantry cabinet, I had to give away a high top set w 4 chairs, two leather recliners, a leather sofa , a chest of drawers, a small end table, a 2 yr new wicker porch rocker swivel chair, two leather bar stools, a corner book stand, a hall table and a hose reel. This house was furnished out of 32 ft of moving space when moving in !!!
The order said it was a two bedroom house, not 3. It also said the customer (me) said it would only require the time estimated. I called to correct that and said I have no idea on time and wouldn’t tell you what was needed. We were told that that it just the way their software writes it up??!
In summary, after a hurricane and 3 days without power and water, the move was done but at an EXTREMELY high, preventable, cost that will make me very hesitant to use your services again. It appears to be a total crap shoot!

Levi and Grim were great to work with. They were extra helpful with some packing: I was having trouble wrapping a few pieces of furniture & some artwork, they step right up & got it done the right way. I’m confident now these pieces will make the journey home safely. Though careful, they were also efficient & got things accomplished quickly. I’m very grateful and would not hesitate to hire them again.
