I explained what my expectations were for my belongings packed into my truck which I was moving across the country. However the movers chose to disregard my requests and didn’t put my heavy items closest to the cab of the truck. Once I reached my destination a good number of items had moved and some of my property was damaged. In addition to this, I provided furniture pads and Saran Wrap to pad my furniture, but most weren’t utilized and now a few pieces are now scratched. I’m disappointed in the quality of service received especially for the cost. I paid an awful lot of money for less than mediocre assistance. Not worth it!

The experience was just okay. They weren’t very professional. They were late. Like almost two hours late and didn’t give me a heads up. The only reason I knew they were going to be late was because I called early to let them know what number our storage unit was so they would know where to come to. The owner tried to make it right by giving me 10% off and sending a couple of guys to help for free. The extra guys were later than the original guys. They did an okay job, but they weren’t entirely careful with our things. They kept letting things slide down the ramp of the truck unassisted and then would sling it in the unit. To honest, I’m scared that some stuff may not have made through this move. I’ll be finding someone else to move our stuff next time.

The three-man crew from Sebastian did a solid job. We hired them for a load of our rental truck on a one-way move (we drove a distance and unloaded ourselves). They were late by a few hours, but the communication was good and they did let us know of delays as they came up. They carefully wrapped wood pieces with plastic wrap and then used the blankets we provided in the truck. I tipped each mover at the end of the load, as I felt they deserved it. I also felt they took safety precautions with safety straps, and were careful. Something I appreciated. I recommend their work, but have to take away one star because they did throw our schedule off by being late a few hours.
